Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of the terms
By accessing or using Ask Nikita, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Ask Nikita provides
Ask Nikita provides AI-assisted informational and reflective relationship guidance designed to help users consider events, uncertainty, feelings, and choices.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into these terms to use Ask Nikita.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting access to your account, and notifying support if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Free access
The first 5 successfully completed Nikita answers are part of the free product experience. They are not a paid trial and do not start a subscription. A saved free account then receives 2 successfully completed answers in each 7-day entitlement window. Unused free answers do not roll over.
6. Paid services
Ask Nikita Monthly costs €14.99 per month and includes 80 successfully completed answers per billing period. Checkout remains disabled in this build while Stripe sandbox setup and acceptance are incomplete; no payment can be started.
7. How answers are counted
Each completed and successfully saved Nikita response counts as one answer. Your messages do not count. Failed, interrupted, or technically unpersisted responses do not count. Unused paid answers do not roll over. The paid allowance resets on the billing renewal date.
8. User responsibilities
You are responsible for your messages, decisions, actions, and use of responses. Do not submit information you do not have the right to share.
9. Relationship guidance limitations
Ask Nikita does not guarantee relationship outcomes and does not know another person’s hidden thoughts, feelings, intentions, or future behavior. Guidance is not therapy or professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
10. AI-generated content
Responses are generated with AI and may contain errors, omissions, or interpretations that do not fit your situation. Use your own judgment and verify important information independently.
11. Prohibited use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use it to harm or exploit others, submit unlawful content, or use automated means that place unreasonable load on the service.
12. Intellectual property
Ask Nikita’s software, branding, design, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to users.
13. Availability and changes
The service may be changed, limited, interrupted, or discontinued. Features may evolve as the product is tested and improved.
14. Cancellation and billing principles
You can manage or cancel Ask Nikita Monthly anytime through the available billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewals. Paid access remains active until the end of the already-paid billing period unless applicable law or the payment provider requires otherwise. Cancellation does not promise an immediate refund and does not delete your account, conversations, or Memory.
15. After paid access ends
Your account, saved conversations, and Memory controls remain available after paid access ends. You return to the free plan and receive 2 successfully completed answers per 7-day entitlement window according to the current free-tier rules.
16. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis without promises that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every situation.
17. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ask Nikita is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are materially violated, the service is misused, or continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.
19. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page.
